POST-TRAUMATIC GROWTH
The opposite of trauma is getting to choose what happens to you and your body! This type of session is right for you if you are overcoming a traumatic event or struggle for which your tattoo is commemorating your survival, strength, and personal empowerment. Discuss the meaning of your tattoo with a supportive trauma-informed person.
MEMORIAL
TATTOOS
Come in for a session to honor your loss, including the passing of a loved one, loss of pregnancy, or death of a beloved pet. Maybe you are grieving someone while they are still alive, but they are suffering from a physical or mental illness or dementia. Together you can retrace any memories you are sitting with as you prepare to sit for your tattoo, which will become a permanent reminder of your love.
TRANSITION & LIFE CHANGE
Many of us go through significant life changes and events, such as illness and injury, leaving our homes or countries, gender transition or coming out, divorce, recovery from addiction, eating disorders, and self-harm, just to name a few. Maybe you are just embracing a new you! Whether you’re excited or scared, talk to someone during the process of getting your transformation tattoo about how these changes in your life are going for you.
Looking for a cosmetic tattoo or ink to cover a scar? Ask your artist about it! ~ All bodies are welcome.
