How long are the sessions?

Sessions can be from 30-90 minutes, and can be one-off sessions or double sessions for prior to and during breaks in full day tattoo sessions with your artist. I recommend a longer session if you are interested in engaging with an arts-based modality during your session (ie. poetry, music, art). The meeting location is Intuition Art Collective, in Cromwell, CT.

How much does it cost?

Cost is $75 per every 30 min.

Would this service be considered counseling or therapy?

No. But many types of experiences can be considered therapeutic. However, Erinn is not a licensed mental health professional.

What would a typical session look like?

The main inquiry would be around the meaning of your tattoo, and could involve, but would not be limited to talking about your personal experiences, memories, and stories. If you’re open to it, creative, poetic, or stenographic writing, ceremonial candle-lighting, listening to or creating music, art-making, or body-based mindfulness can also be integrated. Please inquire if you have a particular desire for how you want your session to look, or if you have a specific modality you’d like to explore.

Do you do anything else?

Yes! I will be collaborating with Intuition Art Collective in the future for their special events, like the Embodied Art Gallery, poetry readings, and other performances and creative projects.
